Cleaner bathrooms. Working facilities like tv. Drove a long way and asked for early check in but didnt get it which we expected. It was expensive and hyped up a lot but delivered a lot less. the one girl serving dinner was sincere in her interaction.

The staff, without exception, were outstanding. They were professional, warm and helpful. The location in the Hunter is beautiful a d the pool / spa area is terrific. Our room was very clean and well appointed.

The italian restaurant, e Remo, is definitely over-rated despite many rave reviews. The quality of the food is below par and the vongole pasta literally made my husband ill. ( reported ) Some of the outside areas need refreshing, cleaning and attention.

We had dinner there twice and enjoyed.

The hang-overs!

Great location for access to our wedding at Greystane Estate Clean, good amenities. Apart from the initial dour reception ( maybe it was the heat) the staff were lovely!! So helpful and accomodating in the main.

Given the real estate available and the $600/night we felt the room was very poky - tiny bathroom. We made it work but for a $600 room in such a remote location with acres to spare, the rooms would be a little more spacious. The pool area was crowded with not enough space/umbrellas. The poor staff had to walk an age to serve drinks - needs a drinks cart and at least four more sun lounges for summer crowds. The drainage over the infinity edge is an eyesore and needs urgent attention.
