"An enjoyable stay at Sofitel"

We have enjoyed a 2 night getaway at Sofitel Auckland Viaduct Harbour and enjoyed all that Sofitel had to offer. The Club Lounge has been much improved since a previous stay, so a big shout out to Sofitel for upgrading this experience.

The hotel is superb in its quality and staff are most friendly. The location is excellent, overlooking the skyline.

Our room was facing a bus terminal. Next time, I need to be more attentive when booking a room with a view.

"It was ok but I’m not sure we would stay again."

The location was good and it was clean the staff were also very friendly.

Our fridge was turned off in the room so the drinks were warm. The Tv is very awkwardly placed so it’s hard to watch from the sofa or the bed without turning it and even then was awkward. The full buffet breakfast was very expensive for the quality and selection.

Nice location close to Viaduct harbour

The room was very hot and maintenance could not seem to remedy it.
