Super 8 by Wyndham Kingsport

I like that the rooms do not have carpet anymore, that makes a big difference with the smell of the room. The bathroom was very clean. I like that it was close to Walmart and Dollar General within walking distance.

I was given a smoking room and the person that check me in tried to tell me that it was a burning candle smell. I told him that it was a smoking odor and he gave me a different room. I requested a bottom room without stairs instead I was given a 3rd-floor room. (NO ELEVATOR) The first night there was drinking in the halls and right outside of our door, Music was playing outside my door until 12 am the first night of our stay.

Run down, terrible location, picture on line is of a different hotel in better condition. I drove up, looked around and left. I just could not stay in this place. It's in a shady part of town and I didn't feel safe.

This place is one of the better places to stay in the area. The rooms are decent. My only issue is noise but you can’t control that at any motel. All in all I recommend it, and my bf and I will continue to stay here.

Worst bathroom I have ever seen. Tub was slippery , no hand holds and still had water in it from the last guest. Had bad access from road. No where close to get a meal. Do not stay here. At least there was not alot of noise.

Over priced for the condition of the hotel.

No soap in bathroom..could not access wifi- Good signal two week although our room was right next to the office would never stay there again

The clerk at the front desk was nice but the overall maintenance of the facility is tired--this place could really use a refresh--a deep clean and or remodel. I also do not care for the metal bed skirt; they are really poorly designed and because they are all the way up to the edge of the mattress, I end up kicking them and they sound really flimsy and noisy.

This place is nasty, I'm pretty sure there were drug deals going down a few rooms down, there were black stains on the sheet, there was no comforter, just two flat sheets with a thin microfiber blanket between them, the mattress was hard and the room had roaches. There were 4 pillows on the bed, 3 of them were fluffy and comfy and the other was flat and old.

We tried to check in or at least make sure we could get everything done when we need to...
