Super 8 by Wyndham Kingsport

Check in was awesome. The lady was so nice and helpful and gave suggestions for dinner when we asked. However, when I went to take a shower both soap and shampoo containers were empty. When I told the checkout guy he was rude.

When you set on the bed it sounded like throwing a bowling ball.

Not the greatest area a little sketchy with people walking around staff wasnt vad abd very helpful when needed though.

I needed a hotel on the same day, so I was happy to find one to stay.

My stay this hotel was more than just a business stay… these people turned into family they took care of everything I needed and then some. They made sure if I called the front desk to have it taken care of in a matter of minutes.. I literally had zero problems the 6 months I stayed here and plan on staying again if I come here to work again

Please Do Not stay at this hotel. We checked in late at night so we didn't see what we were in for ! Room was Ok, but ac vent missing, shower head squirted only one way !! But hotel was moldy, plaster falling off ceiling in wet walk ways . Lobby door always locked, had to wait outside to be let in. Breakfast !!! Was a joke : 1 coffee carafe, had to ask for muffins or anything, and worker had it locked in closet. Fruit was 2 bananas & couple apples . And we paid like over $90 per night ! Never again !! I wrote to Wyndham and told them all, got a reply from Owner of motel and said it was my fault because I didn't tell maintenance or staff of building problems !!! What ! Offered me a 2O % discount on next stay ! Laughable !!
