No tuve la mejor bienvenida, pues al llegar no encontraban mí reserva, me dieron una habitación y luego no me comunicaron más nada

Las camas que tenían antes estaban más cómodas, las que tienen ahorita no se puede descansar bien. Quitaron el servicio de cafetería y el frigobar

Terrible estancia, el personal muy grosero y con muy poca disposición para ayudarte. Nos negaron servicio de room service por que “según tenían evento y no tenían tiempo para atenderme” esas fueron las palabras de una colaboradora, al día siguiente llegué por la noche y estaba cerrado con candado y tardaron casi 15 mins en salirnos a abrir, exponiendo nuestra seguridad al estar esperando en la calle, terrible hotel jamás volveremos

First, there was a man at the parking area near to the door and he was not wearing uniform but was part of the personnel and have a weird attitude. The person at the front desk was very annoying, he didn’t speak clear Spanish and when I ask to repeat he was not happy, he was arrogant, make me feel like I was supposed to serve him . The hotel room was outdated but clean, it was hot the IC was not working well, the mattress was too hard and they use a plastic cover that make noises and make you sweat.it looks like the hotel is going through renovations.
