Un buen hotel si necesitas hospedaje en la zona norte conurbada de la Ciudad de México

The hotel was great the staff was very nice the hotel is right on the edge of a better area even though there are several good restaurants within walking distance if you go five blocks in One direction you're in a very ritzy neighborhood yet the hotel is in a position and neighborhood that looks very run down not the hotel just the neighborhood I would gladly be go there often now that I know the area better I will be traveling there once a month for the next year and a half and I have been at other hotels that were not as nice as this

CREO QUE DEBEN TENER MAS CUIDADO EN EL MANTENIMIENTO DE LAS HABITACIONES, POR EL COSTO QUE MANEJAN QUEDA A DEBER MUCHO

La cama muy dura, desayuno bien, me hubiera gustado chilaquiles con pollo. Había un insecto que parecía cucaracha.

Mantenimiento, elevador no servia

En general bien, buen servicio limpio,tranquilo, solo observación la regadera con poco flujo de agua, mi esposa tiene el cabello largo y tardo mucho para quitar el shampoo, las toallas ya un poco gastadas pero limpias, gracias

Me gustó, buena atención, limpieza y servicio

Hotel and staff were excellent. My room was quiet despite proximity to busy streets. The attention to details (every encounter with staff, beauty of the inside, room goodies like soap, upkeep of common areas) was noted and appreciated. Will stay again.

La propiedad bien ubicada, el personal atento, el elevador con poca luz, amenidades excelente, , en la habitación solo una observación la llave del lavabo gotea, solo como comentario, agradable en general, gracias!!!
