"Muy agradable, muy privado"

El jacuzzi es muy cómodo al estar completamente cerrado, se encierra el vapor a queda súper calientito. Estuve escuchando música con mi pareja y, al parecer, la música también se quedó encerrada. Todo el personal fue atento, amigable y cortés en todo momento, desde la recepción hasta los camareros.

Sólo hubo unos detallitos qué no me encantaron; uno de los muros necesitaba un pequeño retoque contra la humedad, el aire acondicionado nunca calentó la habitación y la iluminación, me hubiera gustado mucho dejar sólo la lámpara con luz cálida encendida y no me fue posible. ¡Quizá no supe cómo!

What a disappointment! Many stays and then it went from 5 stars to one because they essentially over charged me. Mistakes happen and the person at the counter may not be able to handle anomalies, but 3 messages to management that went unanswered shows complete disdain for the customer. Sad, because I liked the hotel, but won't return because overcharging a repeat customer and then wasting my time by ignoring my messages to remedy what happened is just too much to add to my repeats.
