The WC was stained with yellow that look quite dirty, it was cleaned the day after. Lights were flicking and making a terrible noise. Jacuzzi was in bad shaped and look so dirty it was not appealing to use it at all.

Hay algunos empleados venezolanos y cubanos que se muestran arrogantes e incompetentes. A ver si los capacitan porque se nota que en sus países de origen no existe el concepto de servicio al cliente.

El clima de la habitacion no funciona, se reporto a la administracion pero no fuero a checar, fue el Lunes 27 por la noche. El drenaje de la rfegadera esta tapado.
