My husband could not breath freely m the smell in the room we didn’t stay

Front desk closed for over 3 hours in the afternoon. Heat, didn’t get above 63. Terribly noisy traffic intersection.

The best thing is free parking. No heat. Given space heater to use.

Check-in staff was abrupt and rude. Another potential customer even left and went to a different motel/hotel. This same staff member was more pleasant on check-out.

Over all not awful, room was clean and well kept. Turned the ac on before we went out so the room would be cool when we got back, instead we walked into what felt like a sauna. Front desk said when it gets cold out it just pushes hot air and gave us a box fan. Which we had to go back and switch out because it didnt work. The staff were kind, and the lot was nice and private. Check in was easy, and it was nice and quiet. Bathroom was cute with vintage pink tiles.

I’d rather not comment on this motel the only positive I can comment is the front desk staffs are nice that’s all.

Good value with parking but not glam. Clean but stuffy smell.

Desk clerk (John) was rude and got my guest kicked out of the room.

This is the fourth time I've stayed here, but the noise is out of control. I don't remember it being this bad previously. The vehicles are racing North Ridge all night. Guests returning late at night are loud in the lot instead of going into their rooms. The last straw was the garbage truck picking up the dumpsters before 5:00 AM. It took them a good 20 minutes for two dumpsters.

This facility offers excellent value for the money.
