Only staff is great but property is very low maintenance and very old . For 5 star no it should be 3 star

I really liked this hotel. It is older like a lot of hotels in this area, but it is well maintained and the grounds and location are amazing. The pool is huge and gets decent sun which I liked because a lot of the neighbouring pools I noticed seemed to be in the shade a lot. The breakfast buffet was huge and had lots of selection. I would definitely stay here again.

The beach near the resort and the view from my room was nice.

The bed was too small ( single) and the quilt was not very comfortable. Likewise the comforter was not great. Toiletaries could have been better.

First time for a long time staying in a larger resort so everyone reserving pool lounges by 7.30am each day was VERY annoying

This property was amazing! The staff were incredible, food was beautiful and facilities were amazing

The only issue was that the pool seating was so busy you couldn’t get a lounge but the pool itself was really quiet

The location is absolutely perfect, with a private beach and close to town. Breakfast was comprehensive and with changes to the buffet on alternating days. The kids loved the pools and the beach. With multiple pools to choose from, plenty of sunbeds and a clean pool. Rooms were cleaned and done up daily. The staff were brilliant - all very kind, friendly and willing to help. Plenty of restaurants within the resort and plenty more in the surroundings. Some areas might need some minor upkeep but to be honest it gives the hotel character.

Our room was a garden view - but the terrace was overlooking the side of the hotel. Opposite the hotel an establishment utilised heavy machinery throughout the day. To be honest it didn't bother us much but since occasionally I do like my afternoon siesta - it was a little uncomfortable although nothing major unless you kept the door open.
