Prama Sanur Beach Bali

We loved the swimming pool areas and gardens . The Room was a little out dated and definitely would suggest an update , but they were clean . Restaurants were satisfactory ,but what stood out was the friendliness of the staff and how accommodating they ALL were . Prama also had a medical clinic which we had to use as my husband was unwell and that was a real bonus . we would definitely stay there again as the location was great and a yoga studio was within walking distance .

I didn't like the air con coming on automatically when we entered the room . we had to keep switching it off . This would be better if we could choose when we wanted it on and also it would be more eco friendly . We also felt the rooms got damp , I would also suggest real milk in the room for tea , a hairdryer and iron as we had to ask for them . Is it a 5 star Hotel ? I don't think so I would think its a 4 star as we had to pay for our own airport transfers and this should definitely be included in the price - ALL 5 Star places have transport for their customers , so I found this disappointing and feel that should be changed .

The staff are so lovely here, they welcomed me back from a previous stay, they put flowers and some fruit in the room which was a nice touch. The room was lovely, comfy bed, spacious, great view ans very clean. The location is great. Breakfast was good. Plenty of entertainment.

I ordered a barista coffee and there are only small cups, it ended up cost approx $7.20 which was totally offputting, i went out for coffee most days after that. Entertainment went on till 10pm most nights, weekend is fine but having somw earlier finishes would bw goos to suit wveryone. There was no extractor fan in the bathroom.
