Personale disponibile e cordiale, ottima posizione

Hotel interamente da rivedere, arredamento datato, il materasso era pieno di macchie scure, come anche il cuscino, cosi vecchio che era pieno di macchie marroni. È vergognoso far dormire la gente in quelle condizioni. Avevo richiesto una doppia con letti singoli, e avevano confermato la mia richiesta tramite l app di Booking, invece mi hanno dato una camera con letto a castello, che per una donna sui 60 anni non è per nulla pratico. La camera era molto umida, in bagno non c'era nemmeno l'asciugacapelli. La colazione molto scarsa, abbiamo appena mangiato un cornetto ed il caffè (bruciato).
