La camera non era accogliente, arredo scuro...abbastanza cupo e nemmeno una bottiglia d 'acqua dentro al frigo per l accoglienza visto il grande caldo. Bagno si pulito ma disposto male tra bidet e wc.

Staff estremamente disponibile, cordiale e risolutivo (la mia amica si è rotta un piede durante il soggiorno e, non essendoci l’ascensore, l’hanno spostata di stanza per agevolare gli spostamenti). Ambiente tranquillo Zona comoda ad ortigia a piedi Parcheggio riservato di fronte all’hotel Aria condizionata Frigo bar

Ascensore non presente Wifi non ben funzionante
