I would stay here again - though it seemed like they either did a great job or totally missed, ie the bed/linens/towels/washcloths were all great and comfortable and plenty for our stay, but the tv remote did work for the tv so it had to manually turned off and on as well as manually adjust the volume.

Had to change rooms 2 due to being messy. My sheets wetr dirty as if they werent chnaged. They didnt seem to care to give a refund or compensate for the inconvenience.

Nothing

The mattress in the room was nasty! There was someone’s old ripped up dirty underwear and a shirt between the mattress along with a drug pipe! There is absolutely no way this bedding was changed if it was, they would have saw this stuff! The man ruining the front desk was very rude! Definitely do not recommend!!

The room was very comfortable

There were some bugs in our room. A couple of knat type bugs and 2 bugs with hard shells on the bed

Supposed to be non smoking, but the elevator smelled of smoke. Our sheets had holes and there was a large stain in the carpet. Could be cleaner.

The location was convenient.

Everything was very dated. I have paid less for a king suite with updated appliances and walk in showers. The room was extremely hot when we arrived and took a while to cool down because the air conditioner was very old. The window was also open when we arrived. The price doesn't match the quality of the hotel.

It seemed like they tried to keep it clean, but thinking it just needs updated (carpet, bed linens, and towels). There were stains on bed and sleeper sofa (I would not let kids sleep on sofa, a few dead bugs- not bed bugs that I'm aware of/food bits). Like the whole room needed to be deep, deep cleaned. Towels and shower curtain was also stained. The whole 3rd floor, there was a strange smell. Like a moldy perfume smell, cover up smell. There was visual mold on the ceiling of pool/hot tub.
