When checked into hotel the AC did not work. Asked to be moved aftervthe electrician said it was not working. Finally after 2 hours we were moved to another room where AC still didnt work. Also charged forca safe that didnt work. Very disappointed with the service we received. They acted like it was our fault about AC and safe. Poor customer service. Will never stay here again.

They didn’t have our reservation even though I had a confirmation number. We ended up going to a different hotel.

The staff and manager, Mike. They went out of their way before we even arrived to ensure our stay would be wonderful.

It is dated and needs some work, and the location is difficult to access. No fault of the staff!

The bed was very comfortable and roomy. However the wall unit in my room did not seem to work very well. It was not cooling off

Easy booking, helpful employees and convenient location

I booked this hotel for the hot tub, Chlorine was so strong was burning our eyes as soon as we went in the area. Very disappointed also very dangerous.

Average hotel at a good price. The comforter on the bed was torn and had a stain. The fan in the bathroom sounded like a diesel engine.
