"I feel like maintenance crew could use some major improvements and room quality control inspections"

Single serve milk would be more preferable, it just wasn't very inviting or friendly atmosphere, and everything seemed oddly placed for function. And I liked the high ceilings in the room and hot tub was working properly.

A lot. From the bathroom vent not working to not having enough towels or a floor matt towel.. the counter tops were nice but there are oddly added wooded spaces that are oblivious quickly hand done by a handyman maybe . Not all of the lights worked

Every single part of my stay deserved the highest rating. The check-in and check-out processes were fast, easy, and completely stress-free because of the amazing lady at the front desk. She set a wonderful tone for the whole visit, and her excellent customer service really stood out.The cleanliness of the entire property was absolutely immaculate, and the hotel appearance was modern, bright, and beautifully maintained. Inside the guestroom, everything was spotless, fresh, and incredibly comfortable. Additionally, the internet connection was lightning-fast and completely reliable.This stay offered incredible value for the money. The parking was highly convenient, safe, and easily accessible. Having a mini-mart/sundries shop right on-site was a lifesaver for quick snacks. Both the fitness center and the pool areas were pristine, modern, and excellent places to unwind. Every single amenity exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely stay here again!"

Upon arrival, we were greeted by a very pleasant young woman named Jewel who was very professional and let us know if there was anything they could do to help us to just let them know!

"Worst mattress I have ever slept on, I was in room 215, I told the lady at the desk."

I missed the breakfast, so I cannot say one way or the other. I'll assume it was the same as all the other hotel breakfasts that I have ever seen.

Staff seemed to be either playing on their phone in the back or taking a nap every time I went to the counter. Once they made it to the desk though they were helpful.
