The first room we were assigned what’s fine until I went into the bathroom to start the shower and there was a roach on the tub which later in under the toilet. Front desk is understanding and changed our rooms however, that do not be satisfaction. The plastic baseboard in the bathroom behind the toilet was coming off of the wall. The shower curtain did not match and was discolored. There was food. They looked like they have been stopped through the carpet the stairwell hats on top of spill with a towel on the floor. It was a lot going on.

Breakfast was terrible watery gravy and cereal, hot tub doesn’t work, and had to get the WiFi password multiple times got multiple different passwords cause no one knew what it was

Worst hotel I’ve been to in a while. Front desk is always empty. I came to talk to them about their disgusting pool. And no one was there, as usual to talk to. Pool hasn’t been cleaned in months. Pool and hot tub are ice cold, and covered in algae. We booked 10 rooms on a family trip manly here to use pool. Where is our discount? You can’t advertise for a pool then give us this bacteria infested pool to use. Again like I said never anyone to talk to either. Short staffed. Don’t waste your money. Everything is dirty as well, elevators included. Whole place smells like weed as well.

The facilities did not work

After a long drive as a truck driver LA Quinta is the stop. Natalie is super nice and helpful. Love staying here been a long time guest.
