La Quinta by Wyndham I-20 Longview South

I spent one night there on my way to work. It wasn't too bad. I had lost my bank card and only had Apple Pay on my phone. They do not accept Apple Pay, which was really stressful. It took the desk clock almost an hour to help me. asking me the same questions over and over; that was too much for me. I had driven 5 hours to get here and was exhausted, just needed a room to sleep, but at last, I was able to figure it out.

The hotel was perfectly located next to highway for a quick one nighter for our stay. The whole place was super clean and smelled great too. Rooms were quiet and we heard only 1 guest make a noise in the hallway but it was just regular conversation stuff.

This location is well below the standards that i'm used to with the chain of hotels.The room was not what we purchased (withpoints) and we were given a handicapped room that we did not request and were also given an alternate room after the sheets were found to be stained with blood And maybe had not been changed out. These rooms are practically empty nowhere to sit your luggage or nowhere to be seated Maybe one desk chair Breakfast is very subpar, compared to what we normally experience. This hotel definitely needs attention. The morning manager was very kind and helpful.But by that time, it had been a very uncomfortable night's sleep in sheets and mattresses that were dirty.

Convenient location, nice room and breakfast included.
