費用が安く、周りにはレストラン街があり、かつ静かでゆっくり出来ます。

This is an apart hotel. I would say that photos do not represent fairly what one will find there. The rooms are OK, but the rest of premises look really worn out. It is cold in January, but there is no heat there, and the ventilator (the heaters were kindly provided for me and my collegue as well as additional blankets). However, it was rather uncomfortable in the bathroom when you go to take a shower. Breakfast has limited options (chinese, no european food). We didn't find it at once, as it is located somewhat between residential buildings. There is 1 thing that is really stands out: at night wonderful view from the window looking at the Trade center. However, I am not sure if all the rooms have it. It is OK for a short stay, but bring warm clothes.

Kitchenette

The toilet was half-sized with a glass sliding door which was stuck & then v difficult to close.

Location and staff

The soft deck of the bathtub. It feels not solid there is a soft spot that makes me worried like it could break. The door between the toilet and kitchen are not functional. The gate is very inconvenient.
