Please note that there is a 1.5% surcharge when you pay with a credit card at the hotel’s reception desk. Drift Palm Cove has a strict non-smoking policy. Concrete works will begin in the first week of March 2026 and will go on for 12-15 weeks (weather dependent). This will involve scaffolding and the temporary closure of some balconies in line with Work Health and Safety requirements. Work will start each day from 7:30 am. Concrete works will commence 25/02/26Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. "Exceptional"

The staff were very friendly and attentive! The room was really lovely and we made good use of the washing facilities ie washing machine/tumble dryer. The room was quiet and well air conditioned too.

The bed sheets were loose fitting so often we were sleeping with an uncovered duvet.

Room was a great size and modern, looked right out onto the pool and had a big balcony. Great Location, right on the water/palms and next to so many cafes and restaurants. The small library and gym are also a great touch.. Such a pretty, relaxing and quiet spot!

Would be nice to have gotten some fresh towels throughout our stay.. Few cob webs on walls, other than that AMAZING!
