Please note that there is a 1.5% surcharge when you pay with a credit card at the hotel’s reception desk. Drift Palm Cove has a strict non-smoking policy. Concrete works will begin in the first week of March 2026 and will go on for 12-15 weeks (weather dependent). This will involve scaffolding and the temporary closure of some balconies in line with Work Health and Safety requirements. Work will start each day from 7:30 am. Concrete works will commence 25/02/26Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. It’s self contained if you want to, you can make your own meals. But all the restaurants and cafes are in walking. Our accommodation was clean and suitable for two friends, we stayed in the family two bedroom apartment. Even though there was just a sliding glass door to separate rooms, you still had privacy/own space. Staff were very welcoming and helpful when asking questions. Our flight home was later in the day we were still able to use the facility after check out which was very helpful. The pool area is amazing, relaxing and so quiet hardly hear any outside noise.
