Love the set up of the Hilton. The staff was excellent Restaurant was a bonus too have during a big snowstorm.

Stopped here for an overnight stay on a road trip between Niagara Falls and Boston. Twin Queen room was clean, comfortablle and there was ample space for our stay. We enjoyed a beer and evening meal in the 'sports' bar, food was good and plentiful! Free car parking.

As a Hilton Honors Diamond member I enjoy staying at different properties within the Hilton portfolio when I visit a particular city. In Albany I've been to them all, so this was a re-visit to a place I had been to before. Overall it was a decent stay. This hotel, while in a medical district, is a bit off the beaten track to downtown. Since I arrive and depart by Amtrak, the need for Uber anyhow made this location a moot point. Pre check-in the day before via the app, as well as room selection, went well. Upon arrival I found the front desk staff to be cordial and helpful. My room was certainly amply sized, plenty of room for belongings. Bathroom had ample counter space. TV, WiFi, and climate control worked well. Got a good night of sleep. Despite being near a hospital, I was not bothered by emergency vehicles and sirens, although it might have been an uneventful night for them. I also found it convenient to walk a few blocks to a CVS store for necessities. Overall I would stay here again on a future visit.

I like the fact that it offers a solid gym with a pool. It also has a Starbucks and decent restaurant in the lower level. Would fully recommend this for folks going to a conference at University at Albany.

The rooms are dated and bland. There’s no attempt at design or beauty.

It's across the street from a major hospital, which is convenient for families visiting or patients recovering, but there are occasional helicopters and ambulance noises.
