Sheraton Duluth Hotel

Nice access to hospital. Parking lot elevator arrangement confusing, other elevator not functioning properly. Currently surrounded by a a lot of construction

will definitely stay here again.

Location in good area but difficult for luggage drop Off.

The parking ramp was a maze to use to access hotel and if I was traveling single I would not feel comfortable with the distance & isolated walk from ramp to get inside hotel

Beware if you ask for an “accessible” room. Ours in the club level was far from accessible even though the front desk swore it was. No grab bars in the shower or near the toilet. The only grab bar in the entire bathroom was in the inaccessible tub, and none anywhere else in the suite. The bed was too high.

Staff was responsive. Dogs welcomed!

The street construction made it difficult to get to the parking lot but that will eventually improve.

Was a nice reasonable place to stay.

The location was great for us. (There were a few people walking around downtown on a weekend but they didn’t bother us). Close enough to walk to some downtown restaurants, and an easy walk via the Lakeway path to Canal Park. If you like water, ask for a lake-facing view. We loved watching boats, small and large. And we could see a ship enter the port and the aerial bridge rising after dark. Staff was very friendly and helpful. And, we didn’t have to ask for daily housekeeping!!! First time since 2019 for us.
