"Bullet holes in the floor and mice running around the room throughout the night :("

The room was dirty, the sheets and linen where yellow and stained. There where what looked like bullet holes in the floor and there where also mice running around in our room.

Our key card quit working so we had to get a new one. The flooring was popping up all through out the room. When we arrived at the room there was a young boy/man stumbling through the parking lot & he told us people were "cutting someone's head off" so we hurried into our room until he was gone. The remote only worked here n there
