Coffee maker in Room 107 did not work; no coffee or breakfast service in Lobby

The rooms are updated and clean. The bed was comfy. The staff is always great every time I have stayed there. Will definitely stay again

The bed sheets and blankets had cigarette holes in them, there was not enough towels for 2 people, the tv and cable didn't work, the door to the bathroom didn't shut. The pictures on expedia did not match what it actually was. The price was nice, but false advertising. Make sure things work and that you don't use sheets and blankets with cigarette holes in it.

There wasn't much to like, especially the way I was treated by the staff.

The staff was the opposite of helpful. I paid for my room online but when I arrived I was told there would be a $50 dollar deposit which was not mentioned when I booked the room. Then they refused to give me my money back and I finally had to borrow money from a friend just so I could check into a dirty room with thin towels and no hot water. The a/c barely worked at all and the pool area was a joke.

The room was invested with dead bugs all over the floor. The bed had several hairs from someone else, stains all over it. The shower curtain was broken, had no towels refused to bring us any, the fridge door was broken. Owner had us sweep out the bugs instead of her doing it herself. Refused to give us a refund or go down on the price. When we told the day manager she just said oh well and brushed it off.
