2 queen suite- opened the door to discover that our room didnโ€™t appear to even be cleaned. Dirty towels left behind, urine underneath the seat of the toilet, dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Lady at the front desk was not helpful nor gave a hoot about what we had to say. Do not recommend.

The staff were friendly and there was no hesitation when we needed something, the manager brought it straight to our room. We were impressed with breakfast, different hot items on different days and the lady who took care of the area was so friendly and did a great job of keeping everything clean and replenished, a credit to the hotel. The room was immaculately kept and the amenities were excellent. Over all, I have to say that this is one of the nicest hotels that I have stayed in for a long time. We will definitely go back and I highly recommend it. Thank you for a great stay ๐Ÿ’•

The Rapid City Grandstay has easy access to all the Mount Rushmore adventures. The location is quiet. We would stay here again if we have the opportunity.

We stay here every time we are in Rapid City. We love this hotel! The staff is always kind and friendly, and the rooms are clean! Breakfast is averageโ€ฆ No better or worse than any other Continental at any other hotel. The beds are a tad on the firm side, otherwise theyโ€™re pretty comfy. The pool is a bit small but my kids had a wonderful time!
