Mahara Hotel & Wellness

I have just returned from a holiday today in this hotel, it is definitely not a 4-star hotel, the bathrooms need renovation, there are no attractions in the hotel, not even music at the swimming pool, the worst experience was in the restaurant, mistakes with the food every single day , my husband had raw chicken, we reported it, the waiter only said sorry he did not ask if he wanted it other food instead, be careful when ordering, they tell me to sign before we get food,and they not tell you the drink not included to dinner so you can’t trust them they not put more thinks to your order because we signed before food and in the end it turned out that I had to pay extra and you can’t check is true because we signed before food, I talk in receptionist and they promised send email in the morning about and nothing sooo I’m not recommended

Nice that music was playing at the bar, but we were tired from traveling and the music was too loud in our room that we couldn't sleep.

Een luidruchtige accomodatie, waarbij we niet gekend zijn in grote feesten en gym. Zwembad was niet te gebruiken door het feest. We hebben wel een upgrade gekregen naar een rustigere kamer, maar de overlast bleef tot diep in de nacht. Als ons dat bekend was geweest, dat dit een locatie was voor bruiloften en feesten, dan hadden we dit NIET geboekt. Het personeel heeft wel direct gereageerd, door ons gelijk een andere kamer te geven.

The location is good for the beach. The smell is bad inside. This is a party hotel. Shower was dirty and sporadic hot water. Bed is a brick. The breakfast was good

Breakfast coffee and pastries. The hotel was clean.

Our double bed was two single beds put together and they would slide apart making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep. The mattress & Pillows were also not comfortable at all. The water stopped running after midnight which was very inconvenient as we had got to the hotel from the airport late and needed to freshen up and shower. The air conditioning in the rooms were not controllable from the rooms and we had to call the reception to either have it switched on or off. There was no in between.

The position was excellent The garage parking was also excellent

The breakfast wasn’t very good Nothing was covered over One morning they ran out of butter The jam was a syrup The Wi-Fi was rubbish Some of the reception staff were not approachable The bar closed at 10.30pm!

ROOM WAS DATED AND NEEDED AN REFURBISHMENT
