Wuhan Jin Jiang International Hotel

We have stayed here many times - it is a great hotel. The rooms are lovely, comfy beds and pillows and roomy. Staff are helpful, although English language ability is varied. The hotel is located near to a good (Western style) department store which is very expensive, also near a lake, good for walking round. There are good local shops and it is near to the Metro, a new station is just being built even nearer. Shower is a bit weird with a sprinkler above and a hand held shower also, power is good bit it is a bit awkward. Scales provided which may or may not be a good thing. Good restaurants over the other side of the lake.

stayed for only 2 nights, but was more than enough to appreciate the location, cleanliness, comfort and helpfulness of the English speaking staff. very good breakfast too. just a bit noisy in the morning when even on the 16th floor you could hear men from the street playing with some strange fire-crackers or something every day from 06:30...

Would stay again. They need a few more staff on phone and room service who speak english

The shower water was cold when I came to have a shower, so pity, and it was too late to change another room, But the manager gave me two breakfast for her sorry

Room was decent, the hotel staff could've been more helpful. Biggest issue is that there's no AC, and it's already very hot in Wuhan. We were just advised to open the window, which then made it noisy and smoggy.

It is for the excellent staff that i give the 5 star rating. Excellent service from the staff that is very helpful and eager to please. Very helpful in giving me advice for visiting the local sights, and tried to recommend alternatives. Given that i dont have much time in the city, the advice from the concierge was really helpful for me to plan my sightseeing and shopping. My room had a nice view of the "fountain lake" from a high floor (16th). Room size was generous and well appointed, though tired looking. Location is excellent for the airport and Hankou train station. A well stocked supermarket is right across the road, good for buying the local delicacy "duck neck".

Well-located hotel, the subway is just a few minutes walk away. Starbucks, a good-sized supermarket and great restaurants are all within a few minutes walk away. The staff were all very polite (I spoke to them mainly in Mandarin). The concierge was extremely helpful. I was upgraded to a basic suite which I found to be quite small but was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities one would need for a business hotel. The best part was the breakfast that was included in my rate - really extensive and great selection and the service was awesome!

This hotel is really old, not the greatest for a 5-star hotel in China. No Wi-fi in room which is a huge no no. Also, no breakfast included (breakfast is usually complimentary for almost every hotel in China).
