Las Rocas Resort and Dive Center

We had an amazing experience. The property grounds are perfect and absolutely beautiful. The rooms were comfortable and had ceiling fans and ac. The water pressure in the shower was great. Everyone that works there was wonderful and attentive. The free breakfast and coffee was good. There is a water taxi stop right there on the dock which made getting to west end a breeze ($5 a person each way) Very quick walk to all the restaurants and bars on West Bay Beach. And only about a 20 minute walk to snorkel rock at the end of west bay (don’t miss renting snorkel gear at the dive shop and walking down there)

After the second day the room was infested with insects that looked like ants with wings. We did not keep any open food or dishes in the room. They sprayed but the insects returned in smaller quantities. The staff were excellent and the location is close to West Bay beach.

The staff was excellent. We will be back.

Helpful, accommodating, friendly staff. Delicious daily complimentary breakfast. Some good choices for lunch and dinner. Appealing resort setting and style without crowded deep beachfront. Trees, shade. Responsive , easy communications while planning. Good transportation from and to airport. Room cleaning could improve a little. All in all, a really good choice.

No tv in most rooms , not needed in day but at nights , pool is large jacuzzi size not a swimming pool, roaches, dive shop and personnel is great I give them 100% ,but room and free breakfast not that good

The location was ideal as it is next to westbay beach one of the nicest on the island, also water taxi accesible. The rooms a bit outdated, dark, showers were very tight and also dark no light there at all and shower knob was broken. They are kept clean and the space does the job, basic. I wish breakfast had been more filling as it was literally to feed a 4 yr old. Maybe one empanada and if you're lucky one boiled egg that day. They could do better! The restaurant food was really good! Priced about the same as the other restaurants around. It definitely is an expensive island! The small beach next the hotel is sand flee infested i do not recommend sitting there just walk over to west bay beach. All staff were friendly and kind!

Very nice property. The was excellent as well. I enjoyed my stay.
