Cherokee Casino Hotel Roland

The rooms are always clean and very large, never disappointed with our stay. Rooms are quiet and always comfortable.

There's only one person at the counter, it's a short wait. Otherwise not a lot to dislike.

First off, the security is awesome. You need to scan your room key in the elevator to get it to work. That means no one without a room key can get up to the guest rooms. The room I had was an ada compliant room. The bathroom was amazing. It had a roll in shower if you are in a wheelchair and had a fold down bench in the shower.. The toilet was in a separate room with plenty of room for a wheelchair. I am not in a wheelchair but due to back issues, I cannot use a shower in a regular bathtub. The room itself was large, plenty of room if you are disabled. It had a desk area with a ring light for business calls on zoom. Overall a beautiful room.

The only thing I didn't like was the thermostat was set to 68 and it felt like a meatlocker. Once I turned the thermostat up it was fine though.

We loved the atmosphere. The people where awesome and the hotel has everything you need!

The bed was not to my liking but that's a preference thing. I prefer firmer mattress. But that's all.

The room was amazing very nice big and the bathroom was totally awesome

You can not beat the price at this hotel. The size of the rooms, are unbelievable. The rooms are very comfortable and great viewing from all sides of the hotel. Staff is always nice and helpful.

The only thing is at check in, if you're not a smoker, you get hit with the cigarette smoke. It not as bad as most casinos.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. The staff was great the best part was the hot tub and pool were adult only from 10pm to 2 am.

Absolutely nothing the whole experience was amazing
