They had great late night food options. Great free concerts from bands I would have paid to see. We had a great weekend. bars were great and it was great place to stay for the fort smith steel horse motorcycle rally. Lots of good parking and security patrolling so I felt my Harley was safe in the parking lot garage. Definitely booking again next year they had so many events and stuff to do

The hot tub didn’t work but other than that the stay was great.

"Disappointed"

The staff was friendly and the room was clean.

No complimentary breakfast. There was only 2 places to eat and both of them didn't serve breakfast. Also the hotel wouldn't let you bring in outside alcohol. Found out why, the bar was so overpriced and the shots were not actually shots more like a tablespoon of liquor per drink. The machines were not hitting for anyone. I visited the casino Sunday evening and I never heard any machines going off when someone hits big. The room was clean but the bed was very very firm. Not comfortable at all.

We really like the staff, they always treat us like family. We always stay at this hotel while traveling across the States. You can't beat the price, and the size of the room. Overall, it's and amazing hotel. They also have a great buffet.

The only thing we don't like is your clothes will smell like smoke. It's a casino, and people have the right to smoke, but we don't let that stop us from staying there.

"Lovely modern facility"

Lovely big room with lots of space and modern facilities

Resturant was shut on the Tuesday night so we had no option but the fast food style restaurant which was mediocre at best
