"One great value stay."

The hotel rooms are so big and very clean. The staff is always great, and so friendly. The hotel is right off the highway with easy access.

When you have to check in, the first thing you run into is the smell of smoke. I'm not a smoker, and I get it's a casino but other than that, it's my only complaint.

"My favorite place to stay while traveling!"

We had a wonderful time! The parking was great. There is a parking garage on site that allows for easy parking & loading/unloading. The room was great! The buffet was great! The "playing" was great! There is also a travel center at the property as well which allows for easy access to restrooms & gas as people who have been traveling for a long distance can easily access & get relief, along with taking care of the essentials. So, thank you very much! It was a stop we tried to make on our way back through heading home, but was full capacity! Ha!

Food and game play were excellent.

I wanted to upgrade my room but because I booked through booking.com (a 3rd party), they would not let me. This might hinder my using the service moving forward (this is the second time I was unable to make small changes through your service—not sure it is worth the savings always).

The bed was comfortable. Not much else to elaborate on. Check in was easy but the whole Booking.com experience - not going to use it any longer. I was so confused by emails received regarding this reservation that I had to call the hotel that I had a reservation.

First - take the "fitness room" off your list - two treadmills is not a fitness room. There are absolutely no exercise amenities at this hotel worth touting. Second - forget eating at whatever they hotel considers their restaurant. Every other hotel I have stayed at has some sort of amenable breakfast arrangements (free buffet, made to order, etc.). This establishment does not really support food choices except for gambling addicts. Third - the games are so damn complicated that I couldn't figure how the concept of the games.
