Booked for two nights through booking.com… Positives are below 👇🏻 Self & my best friend stay for two nights. Check in was smooth. Security guards at the entrance were alert and active all the time while entered an exit in our entire stay… Front office staff were on standby to assist us as back to back checks in on going… Welcome drinks has been served by the lady staff with the smile which is up to the mark. We requested for room with twin bed which has been assist by front office desk 👍 Secondly… Not sure the negative side but the positive from the other side for the improvement is below 👇🏻 First night was so good (no doubt) Second day was great and we woke up with the positive vibes… The team was amazing too while having breakfast…👍 Then we went out for our routine duty… But the second night after whole day of work when we entered the room… we’re not even talking about the associate level team but the upper level should check the room after the cleaning is done 👍 We where tired so we slept directly without any issues… & the third day morning (check out day) when we came down for the breakfast was also awesome with the lady staff greet us with the smile and asked our room number which has been shared with her… No small bowl was in the buffet asked the chef &!one more F&B staff but finally I took my Allu bhaji in the plate… After finished my aalu paratha asked for a milk tea but no one has brought in 10 minutes… I do understand that restaurant was busy but should be more productive with the guests… After that One of the staff came to me and asked for any assistance then I told him about my order… he said that sir give me 10 minutes will serve your tea… I told him that we are leaving as we are getting late for the meeting then he called one of the other staff immediately to serve the tea… I asked the staff who required 10 minutes for to serve the tea then he replied that Sir I’ve ordered tea with ginger and masala… Was very good attempt by him… no doubt about his decision to sacrifice his career 😇 Overall performance is very impressive by the team but should be more consistent with their performance and according to the brand standards 😇

Amazing helpful and very polite staffs especially Mr Aryan and Mr Faisal both are front desks staff. Treated me very well with a warm welcome drinks and tried to help me and look after me in every single steps. The hotel has full accuraciey and was very busy even though these people Mr Aryan and Faisal made my life easier. Smooth checked in and smooth checked out. Superb. Definitely see you guys soon.

I had a delightful stay at Hotel Metropolitan Delhi in a deluxe room. The room was impeccably clean, with every detail well-maintained for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping staff, particularly Vipin, was exceptionally courteous, promptly addressing all our requests. The swimming pool provided a serene retreat, and Rohit ensured my comfort, assisting with towels and belongings. The entire team, including Aryan, Mahak, and Saurabh, went above and beyond to make sure all our additional needs were met. The level of service and attention to detail truly enhanced the experience. A perfect blend of luxury and hospitality!

The cleaning staff Shankey and Roopchan were very hospitable and the cleaning was on point. Overall the rooms were decent but the staff was very sweet
