We stayed here for 5 days for a family party and the hotel was good and the restaurant was nice but our room attendant made our stay great. This is the first time that I have ever even commented about a hotel room attendant, but Nanak made us feel like we had a private butler for our floor. He was so helpful and attentive it really made our stay.

Hotel is rated 5 stars but far from it! Hotel is old, noisey if facing the street, has an odd smell and door swipe access never works. We would have to get either cleaning to open our room or go have the room card reset multiple times a day as it would not let us in the room. They eventually sent a technician out to fix it but still played up. The housekeeper even had to defend us when a team member came up and said we weren’t using the door properly. My partner even got yelled at my a staff member at night saying she was using the swipe card wrong…. I spoke to the manager and came across rude and said I must be having the card near my phone which was de magnetising it….. the manager lacked empathy and said go pack your room and we will shift you but it was our second last day of the stay and didn’t want to have to move. In total we had 8 rooms while travelling in Delhi for 8 days prior to a wedding and others had similar issues. Breakfast was very Indian based but enough western options to get by. Gym is small and old but did the job and pool was nice and refreshing. Housekeeping was always so helpful with any issue and rooms always fresh and cleaned. I really want to acknowledge Nanak for really looking after us and supporting us. If it wasn’t for him for always assisting us with issues I would have been harder on the review. Thanks Nanak for your excellent service

We arrived from NY around 1030 pm (great flight on AA direct ) and received a friendly welcome from the desk and door staff. Efficient check in and went to our rooms. Bags arrived at the same time as we did. At first impression the hotel feels and is indeed old school and dated but seems cleanfor the most part. Rooms good size and ac super cold and bit very controllable. Tip here is get it to temperature and then switch off the fan. We stayed middle of september and outside temp were 77 to 90 plus and this worked for us. We ordered room service as we were hungry and on the wrong time zone ! It came quickly, efficient and super firmly service. Food hot and as ordered. Breakfast daily is a buffet with an egg station. All staff again within exception very friendly but a little formal old school India. Gym is small and felt not clean. Carpet on the floor speaks for itself. It's housed within the spa and is accessible all hours . Towels and sanitizer provided. A few treadmills and one multi gym. A few light weights. Great pool facility. We experienced Zing (all day dining) for breakfast daily and lunch once. Staff were great and helfpful. I asked for something plain and they looked wfter my request. We ate in the japanese restaurant on the last evening and it was excellent. It was a good overall stay and excellent value for money.
