"Never again at the metropolitan."

If Carlsberg did hotels this would not be one of them. From the moment we arrived on the 31-10-2025 and we are unfortunately staying for 3 nights it has been probably one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in while in Delhi. From the rooms being tired and worn out to my hotel door key not working when you get back to room over 15 times not to mention that you book services in the spa in the morning for and turn up well before time to be told that they cannot fulfil your requirements with absolutely no reason whatsoever. Then to bring this to the attention of the so called management (herindra) who basically just gave lip service to say we will deal with but in reality did absolutely nothing. Not to mention that you leave your room at 8am put on the service light, return in the afternoon to find that no one has been to make up your room. I travel to India only twice a year but never again will I stay in such a shambolic establishment.

"Memorable stay in India"

I stayed 2 days here ... and i feel that thw indian hospitality which js served by the metropolitian tean was really marvelous. I Enjoyed the Indian food also here with soo many option in breakfast and dinner.The staff was really amazing and cooperative they serve the hospitality with freat proffesnalism big thanks to riya and aryan.
