"Trip to Delhi in winter"

Good location at a walkable distance from Connaught place. Good ambiance, cleanliness, and rooms size and amenities. Rooms are very quiet. Staff is extremely courteous and provide good service like housekeeping (by Mr Sunil Kumar Mahato) and other room services. Used Breakfast and dinner buffet. Food and service is great. Good value for the money paid.

"Hotel in excellent location"

Nice hotel close to Bangla Sahib Gurudwara and Connaught Place. Anil in hotel restaurant was lovely. Room is good with required amenities. Breakfast was good. Would have been nice to have an Indian Desert option.

"Good basic hotel"

"A great Hotel I would return to"

We stayed here several nights over our 16 day North India Tour, we came and went and it felt like coming home. The staff are all lovely very professional and helpful, the Restaurant Manager Harendra was always making sure everything was running well and the clients were happy, He was happy to discuss foods and give recommendations. I was happy with everything about the hotel. I would return on my next trip

We really enjoyed our stay at your hotel. Especially Ahok, the floor manager at the 8th floor and Mahak, the lady at the reception were great! They are very accommodating and helpful. Ahok is very humorous and always has lots of useful tips for us. Great people, great hotel!

"Metropolitan Hotel Delhi"

Mahak is a super professional Woman. She always made sure we felt comfortable and that our needs are met. She had everything under control and arranged for us to get something for breakfast even early in the morning at 02:15 am. She is very friendly, always with a smile!! We really enjoyed our stay in the metropolitan hotel. The staff is so nice, the food is really good!!!
