Half-board rates include an allowance of GBP 28.50 per adult, per night, which can spent on dinner.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. The hotel is a short walk from Bowness on Windermere where there are a range of restaurants and pubs to dine in. The hotel is modern, exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful with a positive can do. The breakfast room & terrace overlook the lake. The breakfast was plentiful with attentive service from the staff.

A towel rack in the bathroom would be a useful addition (Rather than trying to balance 2 sets of towels on a small, heated towel rail).

Good position, beautiful outdoor area for an afternoon drink. Fabulous breakfast & comfortable room. Bright and airy.

The property was excellent so no views here.
