Really amazing staff, would like to thank Anca who came in early to ensure we had a breakfast as we had to leave early. Great location for access to both Windermere and Bowness. Great views from the restaurant and veranda to the lake. Very clean rooms and a great sleep.

Property is in a great spot for both Bowness on Windermere and Windermere. Hotel is spotless. Breakfast is great. It is a little pricy but worth the extra. Rooms were very hot but the weather is exceptional hot this weekend. It didn’t spoil our stay.

It was all nice and clean the only thing I would say is the rooms were a little bit dark but it’s not a problem.
