Terra Andina Colonial Mansion

Staff were helpful. Rooms are clean. There response to an issue in the room was quick and dealt with.

There was not anything i disliked.

Location

Placed me on the fourth floor walk up with the altitude. Very hot room, poor breakfast for a 4 stars hotel. No variety of juices, a terrible waffle and a French toast that tasted bad too.

Excelente ubicacion y buen servicio , habitaciones muy limpias y atencion rapida al registro e ingreso . La ubicacion permite rapido acceso a la plaza mayor.

No cuentan con ascensor y tuve que subir y bajar del 4to piso varias veces , con la afectacion por la altura que se da en Cusco , adicionalmente solicite late check out el cual no pudo ser gestionado, a pesar que lo solicite desde el dia 1 que ingrese al hotel .

De kamer had geen echt raam: dat keek uit op de centrale hal waar de hele nacht gasten in en uit liepen en een tv aan stond met hits uit de 80s

Breakfast was really good.

No window. But it was not that bad considering the rate and other plus points.

We stayed at the Terra Andina for 2 nights and really enjoyed it! The hotel is well located within walking distance to the main tourist sights in the Old Center of town. We had originally been assigned a room outside of the breakfast room. It was fine with a very modern but small bathroom. However, after returning from a walk around town, it had a strong smell of sewage. We contacted the front desk about it and they quickly relocated us to another room. This one was larger with a very nice, large and modern bathroom. with plenty of hot water and good strong water pressure in the shower. We really appreciated the quick response from management. The breakfast in this hotel is very good and they will make you an omelet or eggs any way your prefer. This hotel is very busy with tour groups but was always quiet at night and we slept well here. The employees were also polite and helpful. We would stay at this hotel again while in Cusco.

Nice place ,staff super

Very clean, comfortable, and beautiful. Rooms had nice amenities… slippers, a robe, coffee maker, refrigerator and drinking water. Restaurant had delicious food and service and as top notch.
