"Less than ordinary"

Staff spoke close to zero English. Service was poor - staff mentioned they do not provide bottled water in rooms, which was rather weird. No hot water in the room. However, room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was less than ordinary. Overall, not a satisfactory experience

Beautiful hotel great staff

We came with a car and that was difficult to find the hotel to stop and unload our luggage, but the staff actually got in the car with us and helped us to the parking facilities

Gostei de muitas coisas: da cama, do espaço do quarto, de ter garrafas de agua todos os dias como cortesia, de ter roupões e chinelos, Gostei muito do atendimento da Joani no café da manhã. Ela sempre está sorridente, atenta e bem disposta. Providenciou aveia para mim visto que sou diabética e preciso de aveia para acompanhar as frutas. Gostamos de poder fazer cambio de moeda no balcão de check in. Gostamos de ter chá à disposição na recepção. Adoramos poder deixar as malas na recepção por 1 dia, visto que fomos para Aguas Calientes por 2 dias. Ao retornar, providenciaram um quarto mais silencioso e isso melhorou muito nossa tranquilidade e qualidade de sono. O hotel está sempre decorado com flores naturais. Adoramos que orestaurante oferece refeições como almoço e jantar. Sâo pratos muito gostosos. Se puder escolher, não escolha o quarto básico. A categoria superior vale MUITO a pena pelo espaço e comodidades que oferece. Fiquei em 2 categorias diferentes e uma é MUITO melhor que a outra.

Do ruído causado por hóspedes que saem cedo e não são respeitosos. Estavamos num quarto muito próximo da portaria. Ao trocarmos de acomodação, foi muito melhor.
