We had a wonderful time at Hotel Van Cleef. I was very indecisive about which hotel to book in Brugge because they all look so nice. I am so glad we ended up here! If you a appreciate beautiful spaces and hospitality, this hotel is for you. Rebecca welcomed us with great tips for exploring Brugge and took the time to draw everything out on a map. We ended up having a couple drinks at night and she learned we were big beer fans. She called a local shop for us to find a bottle of the difficult to get “best beer in the world.” Thank you for a great stay in Brugge!

The hotel is small and intimate. Every room is individually decorated and designed. The building is a very old mansion that has been restored to this family owned business. The breakfast each day on the canal patio was my favorite. Each day. Lovely food, freshly prepared and beautifully presented. Evening cocktails in the little bar. This hotel is perfectly located so you can explore and return to relax. Helpful, friendly staff. My favorite place.

We just loved the place! Perfect location with wonderful staff with Bruges on your doorstep…. And the sun even made an appearance in late February to add to the magic!
