The location and size of the apartment

- Showers had very poor hot water, did even need to use the cold tap. - black mold in master bathroom - main bathroom didn’t have and shower glass or screen, when shower bathroom turned into a full wet room - spa was full of dirty water

Our stay here was lovely! Our apartment was very nicely fitted out with a recliner leather lounge, large tv and two bedrooms. An amazing view and pod coffee machine topped it off! The facilities are top notch, we used the bbq and pool which were super clean. The location is perfect and the walk up the hill is good exercise!

I had to clean the washing machine lint filters out as when we washed gunk came out all over our clothes. The tv also couldn’t get pictures only sound on the main channels but a turn off at the wall and back on fixed it.

Nice view, good pool space, relatively close to the main strip, apartment had everything we could need.

It wasn’t the cleanest. The kitchen sink was a bit dirty, as were the bathrooms - spots over the mirrors and the showers needed a more thorough scrubbing.

Anastasia was very accomodating and went out of her way to organise a special hamper. The staff were friendly. Pool was great, room was huge and had the best view overlooking the water. Gym and BBQ was great too. Parking was great and easy lift access to the room. Loved the games

Was a short walk to the shops - up/down a hill but wasn't long at all and if your fit to walk down a short hill its totally fine.

Close proximity to our planned events. Staff were lovely and friendly. Room was comfortable and spacious

Hard to navigate to the reception area from rooms.

Tout était superbe. L’appartement bénéficiait d’une très belle surface, d’une superbe vue, d’une belle proximité avec le centre-ville… bref, autant d’ingrédients qui ont participé à rendre notre séjour génial !
