Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Our family-friendly complex has a strict no parties policy, and all outside loud noises, including loud music, must cease by 21:00. A barbecue for the balcony may be available upon request, subject to availability. Please note that there is a USD 80 charge, which covers cleaning and gas. Please note that renovation work will be carried out from March 2, 2026, to March 16. 2026, from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 15:00. Guests may experience some noise or light disturbances from 11:00 to 14:00.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. The pool was great and size of apartment excellent for a family with older kids.

Apartment wasn't as modern as other smaller apartment we saw there. Opted for larger apartment in the end.

"Terrific views and the pool was great."

Space of the rooms are beneficial for a family. Large kitchen and balcony. The 2 bathrooms was great too. The washing line on the balcony was used a lot.

Unfortunately, the main bedroom mattress was really hard.

"Loved the view but due to lack of sleep I would not stay there again."

The location and views were spectacular.

The unit needs updating and no lights working in the main bedroom. Pillows in main bedroom had no pillow cases. Very noisy on the ground floor due to people running and dragging chairs across the floors early morning and then all night till late.

No shower screen in the bathroom was frustrating as every time it was used water ended up everywhere

The property was immaculate. Had all amenities. Loved the smell of how clean the property was when you first walk through the door. Loved the complimentary tissues. The bed was extremely comfortable. The pool was amazing.

The toilet and shower especially were rather old and probably need refurbished. They were immaculate but i did feel sorry for the cleaners and the scrubbing that’s required to make such old facilities look and smell immaculate.
