Fairfield Inn & Suites By Marriott Hinesville Fort Stewart

It was a very good stay.

Although the building is older. It has been kept up well, with the exception tust the pool was closed due to damage, our ac unit in our room had condensation leaking out onto the carpet. Once call was made in reference to the ac issue the next day the maintenance man came by to check the problem out. Tiffany was the best when it came to housekeeping service. You could tell when she wasnt there that’s for sure. We were there for 6 days - breakfast was good, most of the staff were awesome people. Everything was very clean as well. We recommend this place. Oh and the pond area with the deck and grill is awesome. There’s fish and turtles in the pond.

The hotel was nice,the property was clean ! They staff was friendly. The room did have a little smell to it.

The pool didn’t have water in it . You can hear the people walking around above you . The smell in the room . It had a little smell to it . Like wet carpet or something.

This was nice but needs updating and the pool was being fixed and hopefully painted. One reason I booked this hotel and couldn’t use pool

Our stay at the Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott in Hinesville – Fort Stewart, Georgia was absolutely phenomenal! We were in town for our oldest grandchild's high school graduation, and had driven over nine hours to get there. Upon checking in at another local hotel, that's when the horror show began. Thankfully, we found the Fairfield Inn. We arrived stressed and exhausted in the middle of the night, but Elizabeth at the front desk became our hero. She went above and beyond to get us checked in quickly and compassionately. Our rooms were immaculately clean, a welcome sight after such a long journey and terrible experience. The next morning, we enjoyed a fantastic breakfast, and every single team member we encountered was incredibly friendly. It's clear they all take immense pride in their work. The entire hotel was spotless, which is truly impressive, especially the carpets – they were sparkling clean, even though carpets are so hard to maintain! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and our rooms were just perfect. We absolutely loved our stay and will undoubtedly be returning next year for our second grandson's graduation. Five stars to Elizabeth and the entire team at the Fairfield Inn and Suites – you all made our trip so much better after a rough start! Option 2: Focusing on the Relief We can't say enough good things about the Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott in Hinesville – Fort Stewart, Georgia! We were in town for our oldest grandchild's high school graduation, a trip that started with a nine-hour drive and then a "horror show" upon checking into another local hotel. Thankfully, our luck changed when we arrived at the Fairfield Inn. Elizabeth at the front desk is an absolute superstar; she went above and beyond to ensure we were checked in and comfortable in the middle of the night. Her kindness and efficiency truly made all the difference after our initial ordeal. The exceptional service continued throughout our stay. Every team member we met was friendly and professional, clearly taking pride in their roles. The hotel itself was immaculate, with clean rooms, comfortable beds, and even surprisingly clean carpets! The breakfast was delicious too. We had a wonderful experience and will be choosing the Fairfield Inn and Suites again next year for our second grandson's graduation. Elizabeth and the whole team are truly outstanding!
