Nice size room, clean room and friendly staff

The first room we were given had a bathroom sink counter that was falling down. Once I informed the front desk Elizabeth was very accommodating and moved us right next door to a very clean and comfortable room. The breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of healthy food. Anthony took care of the breakfast food and dining area and was on top of keeping things clean and stocked. All the personnel were very cheerful and friendly. We jumped in the jaccusi, which was very relaxing. We did not use the athletic room but it had a good variety of equipment for a workout. The TV channels and internet connection both worked fine. It was a pleasant and relaxing stay.

There was nothing that we disliked although the air-conditioned was very cold, a little noisy and would not turn off, but I was able to set it at a reasonable level and we slept well in the comfortable bed and kept warm under the plush blanket.

The mattress needs to be replaced, sagging, and the air conditioner is not calibrated properly. It goes from hot to cold.

Elizabeth and the gentleman with the locs made the visit bearable. Their customer service skills are nothing short of amazing.

The rooms weren’t clean. I switched rooms due to finding blood in the corner of the room and chocolate or poop smeared on one of the walls. My second room wasn’t clean either, I ended up going to the front desk asking for cleaning supplies to clean the room myself. When I travel I always being Clorox wipes and Lysol spray but neither of those was enough.
