El Hotel está muy bien ubicado, y luce siempre impecable.

Resulta incómoda la espera que hay que hacer cada vez que se desea entrar al Hotel, ya que demoran un poco luego de que se toca el timbre.

"Outstanding service, some basic facilities need attention."

Staff were very attentive and service was excellent. Best breakfast we had in Colombia. Room was spotlessly clean and serviced very promptly.

Facilities were poor. No hot water in the shower. No minibar/fridge in the room to store cold drinks. No balcony in the room despite images and detail suggesting there was. Couldn’t see out the windows without opening them and the shutters outside, letting mosquitoes in. These are all things that can be rectified by management- with such a superb team providing excellent service, it’s a shame that these items detract from the experience.
