Alejandro at the Front Desk reception was exceptional. As were the bar/restaurant staff. Pablo (?) was always so friendly. We will look for other VINCCI hotels to stay at! Room lighting was very nice and we noticed some very practical design features in the room, esp the bathroom. Good strong shower!

We loved our stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable and trendy. Not to mention is was on a Main Street and close to a ton of awesome, upscale restaurants. I would definitely stay at this gorgeous hotel again!

"Good hotel and location "

A good hotel in a central location. Rooms were large and clean - great bed and bathroom and I was given a quiet room. Two things, however. I had breakfast elsewhere as they couldn’t accommodate my vegan diet despite the buffet breakfast. Also, the cleaning fluids/ bleach used to clean the rooms/ bathrooms was extremely pungent and made my eyes water. I really think this needs to be looked into for health purposes.
