Very good central location and the hotel is an old and beautiful building. The public areas are impressive but our room was small and dark. The lighting in the bathroom was poor.

"Disappointing and depressing.."

I was very disappointed... It was not as central as I would have liked. A long walk up and down a long narrow street full of buses and traffic to get to the central area - and back. I hated the black bathroom and small washbasin. It was difficult to see anywhere. The whole decor of the hotel (and the room - 303) was dark grey and black. Quite depressing at every level. I resented the fact that there was no electric kettle so that I could make myself a cup of coffee. For a 4 star hotel, it didn't match my expectations. I would not stay there again, even if I were offered accommodation free of charge. I was pleased to leave after my 3 stay stay. I regret to report this - the staff were great - but having been asked my opinion - this is how I found things.

Booked Vincci Palace for my husbands 50th birthday, hotel sent a cake and candle up to room for him (nice touch), decor beautiful, staff were friendly and helpful, hotel and rooms spotless and breakfast really good. Will definitely be back! 😁

Hotel was in a perfect spot for the Festval of Fire. Staff was very gracious and helpful, roomsupdated and clean. Great breakfast. Great location if you like to walk

The surrounding area is nice, and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Our room was extremely over-heated though, and while the room did have a thermostat it didn't work. We asked for assistance from the hotel and they said there was nothing they could do. We even asked for a fan and we didn't get it. Although the room had windows, it was not possible to get a breeze. There was a patio space that was nice. Its a decent hotel but very impersonal.

We had a nice sized room with a little balcony, and the neighborhood is nice. There's a heavy emphasis on sex, which probably would appeal to a much younger, less sophisticated crowd. A little more subtely would go a long ways.
