A bit pricy

Constant humming sound and the occasional ringing sound coming from the machines. I felt itchy hours after laying on the bed. Customer service was terrible. The person checking me in did not want to be there. Thick accent so I couldn't understand much. Hard-to-read handwriting so I had to ask for the wifi password again. Internect connection speed was slow.

Quiet, comfortable mattress and warm blankets.

The room was super clean and check in was easy. The only issue I have is we went out to breakfast and when we came back this morning, house keeping was already in our room at 9-9:30 am and ended up having to check out earlier than scheduled.

Loud neighbors. Hard beds. Slept on top of sheets. Doors hard to close and lock. Left my bathroom window when gone so anyone could come into room.

My stay at Pacific Best Inn was extremely disappointing. The property is incredibly outdated and appears to have had no maintenance for decades—it honestly looked like it was stuck in the 90s. Several basic amenities didn’t work: the microwave was broken, the fridge wasn’t functioning, and even the AC didn’t work, which made the stay very uncomfortable. On top of that, one of the cabinet doors was hanging off, showing how poorly maintained the room was overall. The place is in very bad shape and definitely not worth the price. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. We stayed for one night.

We're leaving a review for our stay, which was either the best or the worst. In this case, it was the worst experience we had. We didn't get enough sleep and went to bed at 4 am because of the noise upstairs with laughter and karaoke. We booked here due to the good reviews, but it's a scam. Our experience was terrible. arrived at 330 pm and my room was not ready then it took him 25 minutes to check us in then the frig. did not work not a good experience.
