The hotel is beach front. It's excellent for beach goers who love to dip in the ocean and sun bathe on the hot sand Well, some staff were great, but not all.

Didn't like the fact that this hotel mostly caters to seniors. As an adult only hotel, and beach front, I expected more young couples, but the guests were mainly old European seniors. It made me feel like I was at a care home. The guests were pretty rude is a sense that they'd go take up the lounge chairs by the pool from early on, leave their towels on there all day long regardless of them actually being present there or not. Security was rude. We had my sister & her husband & 5 yr old child come to our hotel for a visit so that from there we could all go to dinner, but security rudely stopped them and denied them entry in that heat. The front staff as well. It was very frustrating because they were only visiting! The breakfast was limited selection and flavorless. I believe they catered to the senior taste, all their food lacked salt & seasoning. The coffee machine was one of those automated digital one. But they had an older male staff assigned to the station, who made coffee ready for grabs, but by the time guests were ready to ask for coffee, it was already cold. And when we asked for a fresh, hot brew, the staff member rudely said something under his breath in Thai language Overall, I'd not recommend this place to people even though it's beach front.

The breakfast was great! Location is excellent- first line sea, the sand is white and soft as flour. There are nice restaurants and shops around. The staff is extremely polite and attentive, always ready to help. I would like to thank Siree, Dona and Kiat for their warm attitude and responsiveness.
